Seaside Palm Beach

We stayed all inclusive with our 12 year old daughter. This hotel fully deserves its five star rating for many reasons. The service is exceptional. All staff are professional, hardworking and welcoming. We recieved a personal greeting at check in, water bottles replenished daily, a very much appreciated late check out and good amenities in the room. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. The pool areas are peaceful with plenty of sunbeds. Bar staff brought your drinks to your lounger and did so with smiles everytime. We really enjoyed the main pool as it was deep and a perfect temperature. The pool staff are very attentive. Dinner in the evening was of a very high standard but some might find they would prefer more choice. the drinks package on the AI was fabulous. The bar food was simple if you prefer more familiar choices. This was great for children. The hotel is in a prime location with the beach, shops, restaurants right on the doorstep. Highly recommended We visited Seaside Palm Beach Maspalomas in June 2024, booked through Jet 2 but upgraded to All-inclusive once in resort. Very rarely do we consider revisiting a hotel but this hotel is SO good that we have in mind to rebook for another special occasion celebration. What can I say, the service from Jet 2 and this hotel was faultless. Most members of staff in the hotel spoke English very well although this was not their first language. Some posts we have read have said that no one was interested in clients other than those who were German - this we can say is certainly not true. Each mealtime we were acknowledged by a manager who was interested in seeing that everything was alright for us. There are very many repeat visitors so this may have seemed favouritism. on my birthday they wished my wife a very happy birthday when we sat down for breakfast, and at lunch and dinner, staff were aware of who we were and made the day very special with a good bottle of chilled cava and a lovely chocolate cake with a candle and box of matches in our room in the afternoon which had not been arranged by us. If you like good old-fashioned service, a beautifully presented hotel which is exceptionally clean and tidy – set in grounds that are so lush and exotic this is a hotel for you. We found that life there was so chilled that we where content to sit by the gorgeous blue heated pools and marvel at the many palm trees in anticipation of the next mealtime. We used the small restaurant opposite the pool bar for lunch – fabulous prawn risotto. Twice went to the la bodega restaurant for evening meals, where the chef comes out to talk to you to see if everything was to your liking. Twice used the buffet - very difficult not to overeat. With an voucher we paid just 30 euro each to have a Michelin star meal at the sister hotel - Hotel Residencia 5* Grand Luxury. Fabulous experience and such a treat but the remaining two evenings we had the al a cart menu in the main restaurant which was equally special. This is a very high class hotel with wonderful staff who work tirelessly to provide attentive but not intrusive service to all of its clients. We are so happy that we chose this remarkable 5-star hotel through Jets 2 indulgence selection. thank you all.

Very nice hotel complex with charm and great leisure activities. The friendliness and service orientation of the team as well as the quality of the food and the selection are particularly noteworthy. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for relaxation.

We had a great time, everything was in peak order. The room was perfect: very clean, and everything was there. The breakfast was also really good. The people working there did a fantastic job. Thank you guys so much for the nice visit, we will head back, next year.

We had a great stay at the SeaSide Palm Beach Hotel. We really appreciated the kindness and excellent quality of service of all the staff. At meals, the dishes are very varied and of very good quality. The hotel facilities are very pleasant. Exceptional staff. Always ready to help with a smile. From housekeeping to management . Nothing is too much trouble. Also we always see repeat guests and have got to know them. Such a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
